Article 1 — Purpose and scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of access to training workspaces offered on Mandragore Learning, published by Mandragore Planète, covering in particular the SAP, Microsoft 365, Artificial Intelligence, Development, Project Management & Agility, and Emerging Careers domains, as well as any additional domain that may be added to the catalog. Any order placed on the site implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms, in accordance with French consumer law governing distance selling (articles L. 221-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

Article 3 — Products and services offered

Mandragore Learning offers paid access to training workspaces organized by domain, module and sub-module (including, on a non-exhaustive, illustrative basis: SAP — FI, CO, MM, SD, PS, PP, CS, WM, EWM, PM, QM, FI-TV, TR, RE-FX, ABAP, IDoc, LSMW, Fiori; Microsoft 365 — Excel, Power BI, Power Automate; Artificial Intelligence — ChatGPT, Claude AI, Machine Learning, AI Agents & Agentic Systems; Development — Python, JavaScript & TypeScript, SQL, API & Web Services, Cybersecurity Fundamentals, Cloud Fundamentals, Data Modeling & Pipelines; Project Management & Agility — operational project management, Agile & Scrum, PRINCE2, Change Management; Emerging Careers — discovery and orientation career sheets). Each workspace gives access to an AI conversational assistant, a guided learning path, and a set number of credits, rechargeable on demand. The catalog is subject to change; the list of domains and modules available at any given time is as shown on the online catalog. Mandragore Learning is an independent training service, not affiliated with or certified by the publishers, brands or organizations mentioned above or elsewhere on the site (see the "Intellectual property and trademarks" clause for details of the trademarks concerned).

Article 4 — Pricing

Prices shown on the site are expressed excluding tax (excl. VAT). Applicable VAT is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the billing country provided by the customer, in accordance with applicable tax law: it is added to the excl.-VAT price for customers located in France or the European Union, and is not applied for customers located outside the European Union. Mandragore Learning reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed. A credit recharge is offered at a fixed excl.-VAT rate, distinct from the initial purchase price of a workspace, clearly shown on the recharge page before payment.

Article 5 — Order, payment and invoicing

Orders are placed directly on the site and payment is processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. Mandragore Learning never collects or stores any banking data. The order is considered final once payment is confirmed by Stripe.

To issue an invoice compliant with applicable tax obligations, the customer's full name and billing address (street, postal code, city, country) are requested at each payment. A PDF invoice is generated automatically and remains accessible at any time from the purchase history in the customer account.

Article 6 — Service access, credits and recharge

Access to the purchased workspace is activated immediately after payment confirmation, through the customer account created or used when ordering — an activation link is emailed to set a password on a first purchase.

Each workspace includes a set number of credits determined at purchase, consumed as the user interacts with the AI assistant. When a workspace's credit balance is exhausted, access to that specific workspace is suspended until recharged; other already-purchased workspaces remain accessible as normal.

Additional credits can be purchased at any time, at a fixed rate independent of the initial purchase price, directly from the customer account. The full history of purchases and recharges, with corresponding invoices, is available at any time from the account dashboard.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

Under French consumer law (article L. 221-28 13° of the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's prior explicit consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

Consequently, by confirming an order and requesting immediate access to the workspace, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that the service begins as soon as payment is confirmed, and waives the standard 14-day withdrawal period usually applicable to distance sales.

Article 8 — Legal warranties

Under applicable law, the customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, without prejudice to the intangible and continuous nature of the service provided.

Article 9 — Liability

Mandragore Learning makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and quality of the service. Mandragore Learning cannot however be held liable for temporary interruptions related to maintenance, force majeure events, or malfunctions attributable to third parties (hosting provider, AI engine provider, payment provider).

Article 10 — Intellectual property and trademarks

The learning paths, the structuring of modules and sub-modules, the workspace configurations, and the selection and organization of content offered on Mandragore Learning are the property of Mandragore Planète, as an original compilation and structure.

Part of the educational content is generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence tools, including an internal model developed by Mandragore Planète and third-party models. In accordance with French law, which reserves copyright protection for works reflecting the imprint of a natural person's personality, Mandragore Planète claims its rights over the organization, editorial curation, path configuration, and educational structuring of this content, rather than over the raw text generated by third-party AI models taken in isolation — this text being systematically reworked, verified, and enhanced by Mandragore AI's proprietary models before integration into the workspaces. Exchanges between the user and the workspace's conversational assistant generate interaction logs which may be used by Mandragore Planète to improve the service, under the conditions set out in our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 — Personal data

The processing of customers' personal data, including billing information (name, address) transmitted via Stripe, is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 12 — Consumer mediation

In accordance with French law, the consumer customer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute with Mandragore Learning. The designated mediator is CMAP (Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre): https://www.cmap.fr/.

Article 13 — Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after any attempt at amicable resolution has failed, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 14 — Amendments to these Terms

Mandragore Learning reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect on the date of the order.

This document is a template based on French distance-selling legislation. Before final publication, have it validated by a lawyer, particularly regarding the right-of-withdrawal clause, which must be accompanied by an explicit waiver checkbox at checkout, not just a text clause in the Terms.
