A shared method across all academies
Digital learning design, consistency validation and catalogue maintenance are currently led by Philippe Bergougnoux, head of Mandragore Learning Academy. Learning design, validation, technical operation, quality and support functions are identified even though the structure is currently operated by one person.
The method uses a stable structure: target audience, prerequisites, learning objectives, target skills, estimated duration, delivery methods, learning progression, assessment, support, accessibility and price.
Course information is already published on every course
In each catalogue, every course card includes a “Course information” section showing the target audience, prerequisites, learning objectives, target skills, estimated duration and price.
The “Delivery & more” button adds delivery methods, access time, learning progression, assessment and certificate rules, support and accessibility. Catalogue pages also provide an “Open all information” action to display all detailed course information at once.
From learning design to skills validation
Learning resources and evidence
The Learning Workspace is the delivery environment for a course. It brings together lessons, deeper learning, validations, the quiz, additional resources and progress tracking. Progress and assessment data are recorded to preserve continuity.
Results tracking and continuous improvement
Indicators are calculated from data actually recorded by the platform. Mandragore tracks progress, final quiz success, certificates issued, satisfaction, claims and support activity. Any public result must state its period, scope and calculation method.
Continuous improvement follows a simple loop: observation or feedback → analysis → decision → action → result check → trace retention. Significant corrections and changes are versioned and reflected in the relevant content, procedures or features.
The same method, adapted to each academy
Technical content differs by field, while the rules for structure, information, assessment and traceability remain shared.
